Troubleshooting

• Run ackit-speckit doctor first: stable check IDs pinpoint missing Node/ACKit/Spec Kit/Git prerequisites.
• NOT_VERIFIED gate: run verify before gate.
• VERDICT_STALE gate: re-run verify; do not bypass — there is no accept-stale flag by design.
• exit 2: usage/config error — validate .ackit-spec-kit/config.yml against schemas/config.schema.json.
• exit 3: environment/dependency error — check doctor versions against Compatibility.
• exit 4: security boundary violation — a path escaped the repository root.
